Several Questions-Splendour of the Seas

OK, instead of sending out several different threads with different questions I am going to put them in one. We are taking the Eastern Med. cruise late April. Anyone know about the weather that time of year. Also, we are in need of hotel in Venice, one nite on the front, one nite on the end (there are 6 couples) as reasonable as possible, please. Would prefer to be close to the cruise terminal. Has anyone stayed at the Locanda Salieri, Hotel Antiche Figura, Best Western Hotel Olimpia, or Locanda Marinella. These places appear to be near the terminal or in the Piazzale Roma area. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Also any ideas on tours in Ephesus or Dubrovnik ANDDDD a few things to do in Venice. I hope I have not overextended my questions. Thanks VERY much.
