Transport from San Juan airport to Pan American pier

Anyone know how much Royal Caribbean charges from the airport in San Juan to the Pan American Pier to board Adventure of the Seas.

Some of my group of 39 are flying in the day of the cruise and will need to get to the ship. I need both one-way and round trip rates.

The rest of us (39 people) are negotiating a group rate with a private company to transport us from the Caribe Hilton to the ship. So far, we have a rate of $7 per person, and $9 per person for return from the pier to the airport after the cruise is over.

Are those good prices ... should I continue looking ... or just go with Royal Caribbean transfers?

Thats not a good rate unless you don't want to split up into groups of five or so. From airport to pier and back to airport it's $16 each way for up to five people. Plus bag fees of .50 cents each for the first three bags and $ 1 for each additional bag. That should come down to $5 or less per person. They have plenty of vans and over 5 people it's an additional $2 per person.
Hilton to Pan Am pier is between $6 to $10 plus baggage fees but it's not a published flat rate because they are not picking you up from either the pier or the airport. Most cab meters do not work so you need to set a price before you leave.
