Deck Party on Valor

I'm sailing on the Valor to the Eastern Caribbean with my fiancee in about 70 days!!!! :D I was thinking about booking the Supper Club one night but don't want to miss my favourite activities. My question is, what day/evening is the deck party held on Valor's Eastern itinerary? It's one of our favourite cruise activities and we don't want to miss a minute!! Also, do they have Carnival Colours team activities right before the deck party?

It may have changed now, but last October, it was St Martin night. We went to the supper club on Tuesday night, the first sea day (formal nights are Monday and Friday), and this was the best night to go - worst menu in the dining room that night!
