cabin upgrade..when are you notified of this if you get it??

when we booked we chose the option of having our cabin upgraded if possible.

if this is to happen when are we notified?

does our travel agent let us know or P&O or do we find out when we board??

Check your P & O Personalizer every day. Final cabin allocation seems to be done 7 to 10 days prior to the cruise and that is when it will show up. If you don't check the Personalizer you may not know that you have an upgrade until you check in at the wharf. The problem is that you won't have the new cabin number on your checked-in luggage. You will eventually get your cases, but it is simpler and quicker if you have the correct cabin number on them.
