1)Was there any draft beer on the AOS,including the British Pub (Pig & Whistle?) and 2)If there was, what were they, and if not, what were the imported bottled beers? As you can see,I have my priorities set.....I love British Pubs..any opinion on it would be welcome!!We are sailing next spring,2005.

Alan, in Nov. I was able to get Heiniken on draft at the Pool Bar (they also had it in bottles) and I was able to get Black and Tans at the Pig & Whistle. Don't know about other imports. My favs are Bass Ale, Guiness and Heiniken.

Miriam-thanks,and I love your picks..though I'm not a big Guinness fan,I love Bass Ale and Heineken beats Bud or Miller Lite any day of the year...how did you like the Pub?Can you get food in there or just beers?BTW,I was just on the Triumph and they had Bass,Guinness,Pilsner Urquell(one of my favs!),Sam Adams(another fav),Carib,Corona, but only Bud or Heineken on draft in the Sports bar Thanks...

I just saided AOS on 3/23 and my boyfriend and I are both big beer snobs and found the beer selection to be decent. The english pub had guinness and bass and newcastle (bottled there as well) and heineken on tap. Up at the blue moon lounge you could get a 24 ounce Amstel or bass for $3.75 which i thought was great. I drank a lot of amstel on the cruise, which is something i don't normally drink at home, but i liked it there! we also drank a lot of bottled coronas and fosters oil cans on the pool deck

Plenty of Coor's light! Oh no wait, maybe that was my husband's Coor's.
