Anyone know the best time to check in at Cape Liberty for Explorer?

If the ship is on time, they will start boarding around noon time. However, you can't get into the rooms until 1 or 1:30, so folks just go directly to the Windjammer for lunch.

138East is right; we arrived about 10:30 or so, and had to wait about an hour to begin boarding. Not too bad. You have to take a shuttle bus from the port building to the ship, but they come one after the other and it doesn't take any time at all. We were on board just after noon, and went to the Windjammer. Have fun!
