What is usually on the buffet on the Carnival ships? We are sailing on the Holiday this Friday and will eat lunch there on embarkation day. My last cruise was eight years ago so I'm a little fuzzy about what was offered. Thanks.

There is a lil of everything. Salads, pastas, american, chinese, seafood. It's something for everyone's appetite.

there are theme days with italian or mediteranean, etc.

there are also pizza, sushi, sandwich, fish & chip and stir fry stations now.

we usually get hamurgers and hot dogs on embarkation day.

On embarkation day, there's a full buffet - most anything you'd want...including Asian, Italian, American favorites. Also - hamburgers and hot dogs, fries, salad bar.; ice cream, yogurt machines, pizza, calzones from the pizzeria, and lots of desserts. And the list goes on. You won't go hungry.:D
