Hi All,

 

Alton Brown of the Food Network will be starting a new series on September 7th called, "Feasting on the Waves." In each show he will be eating his way through the Caribbean Islands.

 

He has done this before criss crossing America on his motorcycle and hitting all the back roads places to eat.

Woohoo, can't wait! When I first heard about FoWs, for some reason I imagined Alton on a barge on the Mississippi or something, I had no idea that it was going to be set in the Caribbean until I saw the commercial.

 

Maybe I'll brine a chicken that night in celebration. :p
