Cabin Selection: Journey

Hi there,

We're considering a cruise on Journey late this year. This would be our first time on Azamara.

We're thinking either a Cat 4 or Cat 5 on deck 4. Are there any cabins to avoid or any to aim for? Being mid-ships isn't a big priority, but a quiet location is.

Any thoughts gratefully received,

Mands

Since you will be on Deck 4, you will be in the forward half of the ship. For quiet you want to make sure NOT to be close to the elevators. The further toward midships you are the smoother the ride should be - if that is important to you.

We were in 4051 from Buenos Aires to Valparaiso. We wanted mid-ship because of the possibility of rough seas on that itinerary. The cabin was quiet, and we found the location convenient. It was close to staircase to deck 5 and the stern elevators up to the specialty dining areas.
