Suprising DW with cruise

Who loves to surprise that someone special with a cruise? I do. I am surprising DW on her birthday with a cruise for our anniversary. The children and I can't wait to see her face. Dw loves to cruise.

How/When are you going to tell her what is actually going on? At the port or before? how exciting?

I surprised my husband with our first cruise, but now he wants to be in on EVERY little detail (I've created a monster :p ), so I don't know how I'd ever do it again.

 

I would have no problem with him surprising me with one, though... :)

Make sure Carnival has your cell phone and not your house phone other wise they may call you and ruin the surprise.

 

Hopefully you can spring it on her before Carnival does.

 

I have heard of this happening and it sucks.

 

But I think its a wonderful birthday present and I am sure you will love you all the more for it!

I gave my hubby a cruise for Christmas and he was so happy and excited! It was a great surprise! Keep us posted on her reaction.:D

A couple we met on our first cruise, he surprised his DW with a cruise for her birthday. They live in England and he told her to pack for a summer holiday. That is all he told her. Did not tell her where they were going. Then someone told her to have fun in Barcelona. She thought "why would he take me to Barcelona for my BD - I've been there already". Well, at lunch on Las Ramblas, he gave her the cruise tickets. She was so excited.

 

One of these days, I'll surprise DH like that.:)
