Is there anyway to see which cabins are available or the Carnival website?

Go to their website or ANY online booking site and go thru the booking process for the category you want. This will show you some of the available cabins [if any] in the category you want. There is NO website that will show you ALL the cabins available on a particular cruise. All the cruiselines hold back that information.

 

When you get to the end of the booking process, just click off.

YOu can go to a cruise website and pretend you're going to book a cruise. Select the cruise you're on and just look and see what has opened up. If you see a cabin you want, call your TA or PVP or whomever and ask what is involved to switch.

 

Hope that helps. I can't list any websites, but look in the advertisers here (above) and you might find one you can use to check it out without calling around.

I go to the ORBITZ site and there you can choose a cabin number and floor-- then I call Carnival direct to tell them what I want

I usually go to aol (dot) com/travel.

 

Find the ship and date you want. Choose the catagory and the deck plan will pop up. All rooms that are available will blink.

 

Quick and easy way.

The rooms on the website may only be the ones that they are selling. But it gives you a decent idea of what is available.
