recommended people to deal w/ for Alaskan excursions

Just wanted to recommend the following people to others booking their own excursions at Alaskan ports. Tim w/ Magic Bus out of Anchorage, Lois at Prince William Sound Kayak Center in Whittier and Eileen @ Harv and Marv's Whale Watching in Juneau. My cruise was cancelled for my family at the airport when we discovered that we had been misinformed by our travel agent about passports being "recommended, not required". We were denied boarding our flight to Vancouver. I cancelled these excursions just days before they were scheduled and all were kind enough to refund me 100%!!!!!!!!!! I have no doubt that when I rebook with them in the future their service will be 110%.
