Tampa port to airport-timing?

If our ship arrives for disembarkment at 7am, and we have a flight at 12:30, would that be enough time, or are we pushing it?

 

Is it best to catch a taxi or shuttle? Anyone know the cost difference? (2 people)

You should be fine. Time from the pier to the airport is about 20 minutes or so (non rush hour) and a little longer during.

On the cost, cab fare will be $25 (that's the flat rate per cab, not per person). I'm not sure what the shuttles cost, but have heard/read here that it is around $10 or $11 per person. Small savings, less convenience. I guess it's up to you - I"d pay the extra couple of bucks for the convenience of the cab.
