Why can't I access my booking???

We have changed cabins after final payment because a good suite came up. We booked through a very good cruise specialist travel agent so we know our booking has gone through OK. I had already checked in and printed off our set-sail passes. I now need to do this again and we want to order a wine package. Every time I try to access our reservation on the RC website it says I cannot do this. This has been going on for a week now. Anyone know what's going on?

Also, our TA has told us RCI say we can travel on our first set of documents with the old cabin number on - if we have new docs produced they will charge us £35. Anyone had problems with this system?

I am on back-to-back cruises on the Monarch OTS Sep 5 and 8 and cannot access my cruise by signing into My Cruises.

I saw a posting that showed me how to sign in, print my boarding passes, and book shore excursions. Maybe this can work for you.

Go to the RCI website and click on "Before You Cruise"

Then click on "Countdown to Cruise"

On the next screen click on "Retrieve Your Reservation" in the lower left.

Hope this helps.
