Galaxy in the Houston Chronicle

I think you might have to register to see the whole article, but I'm not sure, so I'll post a link anyway. I thought it was a great article.

 

In the same edition there is a comparison chart of the 6 ships that are now sailing form Galveston and Houston. Harry Shattuck, the travel writer, gave Galaxy the most stars (4+)

That Grand Princess is sooo big it scares me, also

I rate Norwegian Sea over the Rhapsody but love them both.

 

Rhap has a fair number of balconies, NCL has broom closet cabins,

whatever..Norge is also less able to serve clients in wheelchairs (they did remodel and failed to cut out a couple cabins) Whatever, they are facing a Supreme Court appeal this month.

I always read the Travel section FIRST in the Chronicle! Saw the article and thought it was very good. On page 3, I think the complete listing of all ships going out of Galveston and Houston (SEA) was very helpful.

Thanks Lisa. Nice article on Galaxy coming to Galveston. :) We were on Galaxy Oct 8-18th and she is a beautiful ship.

 

I'm counting the days till I come to Galveston to sail her again to the Panama Canal. :D
