New Oceana Itinerary R/T Out of Los Angeles

Did anyone notice the new offering on the Regatta sailing 1/30/10 R/T out of L.A. down the Mexican Riviera and back? I believe this is a first for Oceania. We have never cruised Oceania before, and we already have our first Azamara cruise booked for 1/3/09 L.A. to Miami, so we are holding off on the Regatta after initially placing a courtesy hold on an aft A-2 balcony cabin deck 8. Did we screw up by letting it go?

It's hard to judge how well it will sell being a new itinerary and all...

It is an interesting itinerary--10 nights doing the big three ports of Cabo, Mazatlan and PV, but also hitting a couple of ports up the Sea of Cortez--Guaymas and Topolobampo (Copper Canyon)...plus there's an "overnight" in Cabo for those who want to get drunk and stay late at Cabo Wabo...

1 Los Angeles, California 5:00PM

2 Cruising the Pacific Ocean

3 Cabo San Lucas, Mexico 7:00PM

4 Cabo San Lucas, Mexico 3:00PM

5 Guayamas, Mexico 12:00PM 5:30PM

6 Topolobampo, Mexico 6:00AM 10:00PM

7 Mazatlan, Mexico 12:00PM 7:00PM

8 Puerto Vallarta, Mexico 9:00AM 4:00PM

9 Cruising the Pacific Ocean

10 Cruising the Pacific Ocean

11 Los Angeles, California 7:00AM
