My thoughts/comments

With so many negative comments on this board from time to time, I've decided to go ahead and list 10 that I have about cruising . .

1. 3 day cruises are too short. They should be at least 5 days, and we shouldn't have to pay more for it.

2. 5 day cruises are too short. They should be at least 7 days, and we shouldn't have to pay more for it.

3. 7 day cruises are too short. They should be at least 10 days, and we shouldn't have to pay more for it.

4. 10 day cruises are to short. They should be at least 15 days, and we shouldn't have to pay more for it.

5. The waiters should stop offering seconds, or bringing extra dishes for me to try. It makes me gain weight.

6. The casino- Every slot machine should hit a jackpot, at least once. Better yet, there should be guarantee that each person should win at least one. Every other hand at blackjack should be an A and 10. How dare the casino make me lose money??

7. A staff person should let me know when I start turning pink in the sun. I don't want to get a sunburn.

8. Prorated refunds should be given if I get so relaxed I take a nap and miss an activity.

9. If I don't win at bingo, I want the cost of my bingo card refunded.

10. I think the cruiseline should buy me a new formal outfit. I'm getting tired of the same ol' black sparkly dress, shoes & bag. If they didn't have formal nite, I would have to have one.

Any one else to add to this list of "negatives"?

13. The oceanview view is not good enough. I want a balcony and I shouldn't have to pay more for it.

14. The standard balcony is too small. I want a junior suite and I shouldn't have to pay more for it.

15. The junior suite is too small. I want the royal suite and I shouldn't have to pay for it.

On the last day of the cruise, they should pick up all my laundry. It should be washed, dried and ironed and then packed neatly in my suitcases the way it was when the cruise began.

It is NOT my fault that I am too relaxed to face doing laundry!!!

I received my cruise docs and did not receive a complimentary upgrade to a balcony cabin from my inside GUARANTEE. I expect the royal/owner's suite upgrade at the pier and, of course, it must be COMPLIMENTARY.

22. I got too much sun by the pool, in my hogged chair and had to go to the infirmary for medical attn. No one told me that the water reflects the sun that much so RCCL should pay the cost for my treatment!

23. All of the clothes I packed are too tight as I ate too much. RCCL needs to assume the cost of my additional expense for new clothes bought on board as they put out way too much food and have too many selections.
