Voyager, Signatures & Latitudes dress code

Newbie RSSC here - I gather that Signatures needs jacket for the men, is tie REALLY necessary? What about Latitudes?

I see I can only make one reservation in each on-line, but can we make extra reservations once on board if we love one restaurant and there is availability?

thanks

In addition to the overall dress code for any particular night, men are required to wear a jacket in Signatures, but as I understand it, not necessarily in Latitudes. So if it is a "formal" night, ties should be worn with the jacket. Otherwise no, but many, if not most do.

Bear in mind, however, some men take off their jacket after being seated for a while.

It is usually possible to make additional reservations in both speciality venues once on board.
