Need help with private tours Med.

My nephew is going on first (honeymoon) cruise of Med. in Oct. I hope you can all help me with some good private tours of

 

Corfu

Venice

Mykanos

Florence

Santorini

 

There are other ports but I found answers from CC port info. With 9 stops in 12 days I thought private would be the way to go. Help me please.
