PoAM Crew Question

We had a great butler and steward last year but we know they have gone to the international market due to regulations. We would love to hear from anyone who has been in the Plumeria suite (10502) since Juremar and Danillo left in April. How was your service in both mentioned areas? Thanks in advance for any info!

oops! I forgot to ask if Mr. McClean is still the concierge.

I was on in January and Jeremyn Payton was the concierge and Bryce was the butler. Jeremy is the best concierge in the entire NCL fleet

James is the current concierge with I believe a great guy named Andy taking over for him.

We were in 10520 this summer. James was the concierge and he was really great. Sean was our butler (from Charleston SC), he was awesome and could not be more helpful. We enjoyed our time on PoAM and getting to know a lot of the crew. Our stewardess though was absolutely the WORST. She got into a very heated conversation with my wife regarding her inability to provide clean towels to our suite. After a discussion with the Hotel Manager, we had a new stewardess asigned to us, and never had another problem.
