pnut362 Posted September 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2008 I just signed in to "My Princess" thing on the website to look over some stuff and apply a payment and it has 2 different bookings down. It has the correct one then another booking for the exact same cruise a week later - which is complete with a booking # and room # and everything... i checked and all of my OBC and FCC credits still show. The booking that we did not make shows a zero balance... I think I'm gonna have to call Princess and see whats up - anyone ever had this happen before? pnut362 Posted September 4, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted September 4, 2008 i called them and apparently one of the online places i requested a quote from decided to take it upon themselves to go ahead and book the cruise for me LOL Princess reps are trying to get ahold of the TA and do a follow up investigation...
