radiance class- need pics of the grand suites!

Recommended Posts

Donna,

No pics here, but we also just recently booked "the famous 1600" for our 9/26/04 cruise aboard The Serenade to Hawaii. We would also be very interested in pics to verify our research that we in fact made a wise choice.

Hoping for success!!

I have a few pics from our GS when we were on Brilliance in Feb. Let me know your e-mail address and I will send them to you. Nothing spectacular but they may help. Thanks.

For room 1600 check out http://www.cruise-addicts.com/picturepost/indexalpha.php
this will bring you to the photo gallery menu, the gallery is in alphebetical order... look for Radiance March 2002, the last 6 pictures from that gallery are of 1600...

You can go to RCCL.com and get a 360 degree room tour of the regular GS rooms...

Personally I am a HUGE fan of 1554 we had it when we sailed on Brilliance and it was amazing. The entire back wall is sliding glass doors that open opposite of each other basically opening the entire back wall up to the balcony. The balcony was very large because of the location on the hump. 1554 is set up just like the regular GS except that the back wall is cut at a slight angle so instead of having a floor to ceiling window and a sliding glass door the hole thing is a sliding glass door...by far my favorite room on any cruise we have been on. I have only seen pictures of 1600 and was not impressed with the room portion (LOVED the balcony) only because it is more like one big room instead of living room/bedroom (seemed more open and I like the feeling of 2 rooms).
