4 Night Sovereign Cruise Compass???

Recommended Posts

Myra, my husband and I will also be sailing on Oct 13th! We've been on this ship before, and I wanted to sail one more time before the ship leaves the fleet. I've been on the ship for a couple 3 night cruises, but never 4 nights! I keep telling my DH that I won't spend that much time in the casino on that sea day and he doesn't believe me.

Have you checked the prices lately?? They keep dropping and I got upgraded to a much better cabin today at the same price.

I just got off Sovereign yesterday. We had a great time. I was dissapointed with entertainment though. I guess the best on the ship was the love and marriage game. It still is funny even after hearing almost the same questions every cruise. The broadway type shows were ok, but very limited. We enjoy hypnotist and comedy shows on other ships. I went to bed early most nights. I did go to the midnight buffet which was good, but long lines. BTW my mother in law got sick during the muster drill and threw up. She thinks she ate something off the buffet that disagreed with her. She ended up going to see the doctor who quarainteened her for no less than 48 hours due to diarrhea and nausea. The ship told her if she did not stay in her room she would be escorted off at the next port. They sent security to make sure she was in her room. She was symptom free after the inital episode, however, they would not budge at all. We tried to plee that supper on the second night was 1 hour before her time was up, but they would not let her out of her room. We slipped her food. We were not suppose to see her. She received a letter from guest relations stating she would receive a letter to compensate her for time served on a future cruise.
