Dumb ? from a Virgin re: OBC

Okay- DH & I will be on the Valor 10/12, as part of a group, booked thru a dink of a TA. We were originally assigned a 4c, and got upgraded to a 4f, still an inside, but an upgrade none the less...

Now for my question-How do I go about seeing if I am eligible for any OBC? Or am I no longer since I've gotten an upgrade? Would I go off the cost of a 4c, or a 4f?

Normally you would have to look at the 4F price for comparison, but since you booked with a group you aren't eligible anyway.

Group bookings wont get price reductions ....be happy with the free upgrade:)

I just called yesterday and got an $50 per person onboard credit for a group booking on the Imagination for Nov. They booked specific 6C cabins and even with the additional fuel surcharge, they were still able to get back $50 each or they could have been upgraded to the next deck. I'd give them a call, it can't hurt!
