Car Rental Problem--Dollar

We rented a car from Dollar in Ft. Lauderdale airport and drove to Miami airport to return the car. This was about a 35 mile trip. When we arrived they tried to tell us we damaged the car which we did not. After finally getting a manager to come and look at the car he realized we did not damage the car. This was not the bad part of our Dollar experience. When we returned from the cruise Dollar was supposed to pick us up at the ship in the port of Miami. Well we waited almost 2 hours and the three mini busses that stopped only took maby 4 people because they were full. The driver told us another would be arriving in 25 minutes. The whole time Alamo had large busses with plenty of room stopping for people. We took a cab. But next time I will rent from Alamo.

Anyone else willing to share his/her experience (good or bad) with Dollar at Port of Miami? We are also booked to use Dollar on return from cruise, and am considering whether to book with a different car rental company.
