45 day letter

Per the suggestions I mailed a letter to Carnival concerning my previous cruise. How long does it take to get the 45 day letter and do they send them to everyone?

I don't know if they send one to everyone. But, I received mine about 3 weeks after mailing the letter to them.

I don't think they send one to everyone. I sent one snail mail, and I also received mine about three to four weeks after I sent it. I really sent it to recognize some people, not really to complain, more like a suggestion.

Mine really had a lot of people in it that provided awesome services. I don't believe it had one complaint in it at all. I just kinda want my little reward for my upcoming cruise :)

I sent a thank you letter on August 22nd for a cruise my mom, daughter and I took in 2006. Got my letter today!

I here not everyone gets one....but most of them do from what i have seen......I got mine in about 4 weeks also :)

I actually wrote to 'complain' - there was one 'comedian' (and I use that term lightly) that was downright awful - I usually enjoy ALL the comedians on board but this one was pathetic - and I felt compelled to let them know. However I also did mentionall the GREAT things about the cruise and mentioned all the good service I got from wait staff and steward and I know that this goes on their file!

 

About a month later I did get a 45 day letter back - you would think I won the lottery as I skipped and danced around the house - a few more days before I can make that call! How silly to get so excited over some drink coupons! :)
