Cruisin the Islands

:) Hi! Im new to the cruising world and have been following the posts on the POA, Im due to go out in March and am wondering if this ship is kid friendly, I didnt read any posts about kids stuff and was debating between this cruise and one on carnival going to mexico. I live in Hawaii and thought that it would be a good way for my kids to see the islands in a different way, also to expose them to cruising on a big ship. I have three children, 16,11 and 10 and was hoping this would be a great spring break vacation. Any feedback?? I was wondering about the kid's programs???

Thank you any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
