On 9-11 we were packing for a cruise which was leaving out of New York in just 4 days. It was rescheduled to leave a couple of weeks later out of Boston when Mayor Rudy Giuliani was beckoning for tourism to continue. After an eerie plane flight to New York, somber drive to Boston, and restless overnight stay before boarding the ship; we decided to go back home. Family and friends meant everything to us and our trip was to wait till another day. Two years later, we returned to NY and took our cruise!
