Why 4/20/09 Bahamas cheaper??

Hello-

After booking my last cruise at the peak of hurricane season I'm a little worried. Ok, I knew it was hurricane season, just not the peak. :)

I have a cruise on the Monarch booked for 4/20/09 and the price just dropped(yippee!). Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT complaining. This date was already cheaper than the surrounding dates...wondering why. Do you CruiseCritics have any ideas?

By then, Spring Break is pretty much over with...

 

Of course, it's possible there is a chartered group onboard also... sometimes they lower the prices on cruises with large groups onboard...

 

If you want to find out if a group is booked, just google your ship and the date...
