Sailing on 15th Sept Boudica??

Are you saiing on Monday? if so we have neighbours who will be on board, what time do they open the check in desks? they have a 4 hour drive and with the boat show in town we advised them to go early.. they have a check in time of 2pm?? and tips?:) If you arr ive early can the park up and wait??
