They are not just slow. lol. They are having technical problems. The site was down for some time. If you hadn't noticed, the last post was shortly after 11:00 pm last night (pacific time) and then nothing until a short while ago.

I am leaving for our cruise on Saturday, so I have cruisin' on the brain and cruise critic was down all day!! I actually had to get work done :eek:

It's odd that there was exactly 6 hours between posts. Last post this morning was 10:23 am (pacific time) and 1st post this afternoon was exactly 4:23 pm (pacific time).

They did have a notice on the main page saying there was a problem. Only problem was it took me half the day to realize it was there. :p

All I can say is................send the technical people that work on CC over to RCI.......I'll bet they could fix the C&A website in no time.:D

I finally got on 5 PM PST, and many of our Roll Call have had same problem. Not knowing anything about CC but I think they need to do something to handle the volume of people that are on it. Our Roll Call is trying to get to 7000 Post before we sail now we are really going to have to step it up. Have #294 to go. :D

It has nothing to do with the volume of people. Their server was down all night and day. But I am sure if they knew you needed to get to 7000 posts, they would have worked harder to fix it. :rolleyes:

And I thought the problem was with aol but when I tried getting on with internet explorer and it still didn't work for hours I finally figured the site must be down. I never saw the notice on the main page either.
