jjtlawoffice Posted April 14, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2004 Will be staying at the Miami Radisson a day early in May. Any suggestions for what to do? Don't want to rent a car. Anything to see/do within walking distance? Any suggestions for where to eat?

atush Posted April 16, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 16, 2004 There is also the downtown 'people mover' elevated train system nearby. There is a free shuttle to Dolphin Mall. 2 Fast food rst across the street. Lobby bar has free sushi on Thursday or Friday night. <applet code="countdown.class" CODEBASE="http://*************/java-sys" width="203" height="25"> <param name="font" value="lcdb0"> <param name="year" value=2004> <param name="month" value=02> <param name="day" value=07> <param name="hour" value=2> <param name="minute" value=16> </applet>
Rare GaryWT Posted April 16, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 16, 2004 Not sure where your hotel is, we stayed at the Hyatt once and walked over to Bayside and stayed at a Hilton once and took the people mover to Bayside. Also we have taken a taxi to South Beach to walk around, very interesting place. Bayside is a outdoor mall usually with live music, waterside bars, many restaurants and a food court and some neat little shops. 3/98 Grandeur of the Seas 4/00 Grandeur of the Seas 2/02 Enchantment of the Seas 04/16/05 Navigator of the Seas
rance222 Posted April 16, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 16, 2004 The Radisson also has a shuttle van that will drop you off and pick you up in SOBE. I think it was $4.00. LOts of cafes, there's the beach and the Versace Mansion. Definately worth a look.
