Parking in Fort Lauderdale

Instead of flying from Austin, Texas to Fort Lauderdale, my mom and I decided to make it a road trip.

 

We have a Nov. 30th sailing from Fort Lauderdale on the Crown Princess.

 

I am going to call the hotel, but thought I'd ask here first: Where is a good place to keep our car parked until we return? I was going to see if hotel would allow this (Marriott Courtyard).

Parking at the terminal is $12 a day but many hotels allow to you stay/park. You just have to call around.

We live locally and have used these folks for parking at the airport:

They are much cheaper than on site parking. I'll bet they do transport to the port also. They are very close to the port.
