Reservations for Vines?

I'm just wondering how Vines works. I've seen the setup on a recent tour of the Crown but it was during the day. It serves sushi and wine, correct?

 

Do you need to make reservations like with Crown Grill and Sabatinis or do you just walk up and get a table? Is it really crowded? If you do need reservations does it fill up quickly like the other two?

no reservations, i've never seen it completely full. the sushi is ok-they usually just serve spicey tuna and california rolls for 3 dollars a roll. a couple of other cold seafood tapas. it's not really a restaurant. i think more people go there for the wine...

No reservations necessary. It's really a small bar in the Piazza. There was aways plenty of seating whenever we went.
