Any comments re weather, GCT flight connections, etc?

Hi Stan,

 

Our weather was probably about average. Over 2 weeks, 3 or 4 really nice days, a couple of rainy days and cloudy or partly cloudy the others. It was generally in the 60's.

 

I thought our air routing from GCT was pretty good. Direct from O'Hare to Frankfurt with a well timed connecting flight to Brussels. Same back thru Frankfurt from Basel coming home.

 

The trip was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Thank you for posting your fabulous photos. We hope to take a similar river cruise in 2010 with Tauck Tours. What was your cruise route? We are going to start in Amsterdam and end in Basel, Switzerland. 2008 was their first year to do this cruise.
