FLL to port of Miami

We will be staying near FLL and will be cruising out of POM on the Jewel.

 

What are the most economical and best transfers for two people to the ship and back to FLL??

Is there any problem with a Noon flight out of FLL??

There should not be a problem with a 12 noon flight out of Ft. Lauderdale.

You could try a shuttle service from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami and back, a limo service, or a taxi cab (probably more expensive). Another option is to rent a car and drop it off in Miami, and the same on the way back, drop it off in Ft. Lauderdale.

If you're good with public transit and sailing out of Miami on a weekday, the most economical to get to the port would be to take Tri-rail from Fort Lauderdale to Miami then Metrorail to Government Center then the Seaport Connector bus to the port which runs every 20 minutes.

 

On the way back since you've got a noon flight, the direct shuttles are your best bet.
