Car Rental At Pier????

Does anyone know if there is a car rental terminal at the pier? I would prefer to book with a worldwide company (Avis, Budget, Hertz, etc.) but a local company would be fine if they are reputable. If not has anybody had a good experience with a local company dropping off/ picking up? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!:D

Been doing a lot of research on car rental. Many of the companies either have a location at the pier or will deliver the car to the pier. Off the top of my head, I know National car rental is a company that has one right on the pier. I have ended up going with VC rentals, which will meet us there. There isn't a whole lot of info from fellow cruisers about their experience renting cars....so I'll be sure and let everyone know how it goes after my cruise in February!!
