Aussie Gal Posted October 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2008 We will be on the Quest for the first time in late Feb/March when we visit China, Korea and Japan and have three questions The first question: Is there a happy hour each night where drinks are reduced as they do on Oceania? The second question: What is the cost of the internet and is there a higher charge for laptops using WiFi? Lastly, can you send your laundry out and if so what are the charges? Do they have a special like on Princess where you can stuff as much as you can into a bag? Thanks. Jennie

greeneg Posted October 4, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 4, 2008 We just got off the Journey a week ago and there was no happy hour to my knowledge. There was a drink special of the day, but no happy hours. I did buy a package for internet access; cost per minute varies according to the package but my was about $.48/min. I bought the cheaper package and used the Elite Coupons ( on additional hour) and didn't use it all. Same price in the cabin or the computer center. There was a laundry bag special, but there is also a self-service laundry on deck 7, $2.00 washer +$2.00 dryer for load. Hope that helps.

Aussie Gal Posted October 4, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted October 4, 2008 Jan, It will be interesting to compare Azamara with Oceania and also Princess. This year we have been on Nautica for 35 days and have just come off the Tahitian Princess after 14 days in Alaska. We are looking forward to this cruise as we will be seeing some exotic ports and are keen to try Azamara. Thanks everyone for your replies. Great to hear from you Jim, hope you are enjoying your time in Panama City. Jennie
