Private Sailboat in Cabo?

Has anyone booked the private sailboat excursion/whale watching in cabo? It looks like pretty good deal...up to 7 people for $335. We would love to see the whales as well as some of the sights around Cabo (from the water).

Hi, we just got back on Thursday. We were in Cabo on Monday. We booked a sailing/snorkeling excursion on the sailboat Yael. This was a public excursion but as it turned out my DH and I were the only ones on the boat. It was awesome. They have a little smaller sailboat, the Yael Chica, that you can rent as a private charter. This is a first class operation and we were treated very well.
