56cruise Posted October 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2008 Has anyone either gone to Bermuda from NY this time of year or planning to. Just wondering about the need to take warmer clothes. Will it be cold while sailing to Bermuda and once there what is the weather like this time of year. Really don't want to bog myself down with "winter type" clothes and cruise wear. bluesea777 Posted October 4, 2008 #4 Share Posted October 4, 2008 It's still hot and humid here in Bermuda and will continue for several more weeks. If it's still warm in NYC, you don't really need winter clothes on the cruise. Fall clothes prolly, but not winter.

mfkrph Posted October 6, 2008 #6 Share Posted October 6, 2008 We just got back from Bermuda today. Air temps were in the low 80's last Wednesday through Friday (Oct 1-3). Water temps were perfect, not sure what they were exactly, but you could walk right in. Horseshoe Bay was absolutely glorious! I cannot imagine it would change that much for your trip. Enjoy!
