Still no Balmoral Sauna

Today received our tickets for 19th Oct Balmoral cruise. With the tickets came a slip informing us that the steam room and sauna will be unavailable! If my memory serves me correctly this has been the case since the begining of time?! Does anybody know if there is such facilities on board? If there is why no repair this last six + months?

Consider yoursef lucky, I am on the same cruise and have not yet received my tickets. I suggest that your e-mail FOCL asking for an explanation of the delayed installation of the sauna.

If i thought for one second that an email would get the sauna up and running prior to 19th Oct then it would be on its way. To be honest Parsman, I'm not going to allow a lack of onboard steam cause myself to get hot around the collar!!!!! I just think six months to get a sauna room operational is long enough, especially considering the longer cruise across the atlantic we are taking...we might need a warm up the first few days!!! lol
