Gift Certificates or Dollars???

Recommended Posts

My parents did it for us on our cruise. If you check your sea pass bill once on the ship, you'll notice the deduction.

It was nice when we first got on board and they actually owed US money on the sea pass. If only it stayed that way at the end of the week.

Please be sure the recipient knows about the gift. We send cabin credit to a family member as a surprise and they did not get any notice of it. When they got the statement on the last morning there was credit that could not used. (everything on board was closed ) They were told they would get a credit to the credit card but it NEVER came. (that was about a year ago.)

Note to self – never send cabin credit –I give the recipient cash or an on-board gift instead.
