Sailaway for Southern Caribbean

Hello,

Since the ship leaves Puerto Rico for the Southern Caribbean cruise at 11 o'clock at night, we are wondering if there is still a great sail way party? Just wondering since the ship leaves so much later than the other itineraries we have been on.

Thanks!

Late night sailaway from San Juan is special. The lights of OSJ segue into sailing around the moonlit El Morro point with waves crashing (usually) against the rocks and the wall of the fort illuminated.

The best vantage point is aft.

We once asailed from San Juan on board HAL's Veendam. There was a small band playing on the aft deck.

Being HAL, the band played Glenn Miller and the lead was a sax.
