We are going to be on the Constellation in February and are driving to Ft. lauderdale. Are there any hotels that let you leave your car there for the duration of the cruise and take you to the ship?

Thanks

We are heading out of Fort Lauderdale on Friday the 13th of February on the Constellation... what is your cruise date... are you going to be sailing with us? I always ask, who would be silly enough to sail into the Bermuda Triangle on Friday the 13th?

We are staying at the Ramada Inn by the Airport and they have parking for the duration of the cruise if you stay at least one night at the hotel. The parking is not free, but it is cheaper than the rate at the port. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the port and pick you up afterward.

If you happen to be on our cruise, check out the Roll Call board, the address is below and the website... again the address is below. And, no matter what cruise you are on... ENJOY

You can actually park at Port Everglades in Ft Lauderdale and pay about $10 per day. I have driven many times and found that this was the most convenient. It's extremely frustrating waiting for shuttle busses and Taxis at the end of your vacation with 2500 other people.

Parking fee is $15 per day. Yes it is inconvenient to wait and we have done both. We use the facility at the port when on a 7 day cruise but if longer we set up with http://www.airportparkingreservations.com . Slightly inconvenient but has been reliable and easy.

If you look at this thread it talks about several hotels that offer that service.
