Boarding Times

I know that this is probably been addressed ad naseum but I tried the search and yesterday and today it wouldn't work for me. Anyway, how early will Celebrity let us board? This is our first cruise with Celebrity and we're very excited :D

My experience (at 20+ cruises) is that for most cruises out of the US, we were able to board around noon. There is something to be said for coming just a little bit later after the first mad rush of impatient people (of which we are ones) get onboard.

We always say we should just come later for the next cruise, but when we look at the webcam and see our ship sitting at the dock, we can't stand it. We're always there by 11:00 or so and boarding usually starts between 11:30 and 12:30. (in San Diego anyway)

Thank you! We're boarding in Ft. Lauderdale and I love to get on early and walk around the ship, then eat lunch. Good to know they board around noon - hope it is the same for Ft. Lauderdale. Linda:D
