From Delta's website:

Strollers & Child Restraint Seats

Strollers and child restraint seats will be checked for free and are not counted as part of the standard baggage allowance.

Strollers and child restraint seats may be checked at curbside, the ticket counter, or at the gate.

If you want to use a child restraint seat or stroller to transport your child through the airport, that's fine. Strollers need to be checked at the gate by a Delta agent.

Thanks for the help... I just found out Delta is charging $50 for the 2nd bag:p . I hope oil keeps going down and they change it by Thanksgiving. Fees:rolleyes: stink!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you each need three bags? You can take one carryon and check one. That's two bags without a fee.
