Still think you should go to Compass Rose and check out their menu. Then, if you want to dine early, you'll be thinking about how good the "late nite" dining can be. At least try to the new Prime 7. It sounds sooooooooo good!

OMG I know...Prime7 does sound amazing. And I guess we'll be the first to try it out!! :D

 

When I was saying about "late" eating in an earlier post, I had read on one of the cruise sites that the dining rooms didn't OPEN until 8pm. That's when I started thinking, "Holy Cow, we're going to be finishing dinner at 10 o'clock at night!" :eek:

 

Was kind of looking forward to the Latitudes dining concept but whatever restaurant we end up in each night, I can see from all the posters that our food is going to be excellent!
