Sky... Crossings or Palace ?

Though you would think there wouldn't be any difference, there was on the Sky. We just got back from a weekender and found that the service and food in Crossings on the first night was fantastic, and far better than others have experienced. The last night we were in the Palace and everything was totally opposite our Crossings experience. The food was horrible, the service was half-axxed. Strange but true.

That's interesting because I had the opposite experience. The food was the same in both, but there was a noticeable difference in the speed of service. The Palace had much quicker service. I just thought this was explained by the galley area being closer to the Palace. (not sure how valid this is)
