Need tour guide for Hol Chan any suggestions?

We need an independent tour guide for Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley. We are willing to charter a boat if needed. I would love to take the ship tour however my DD is only 10 yo. The ship allows 12 and up on this excursion. I did this in July on a land trip but need someone that is going to make sure I get back to the ship in time. I would prefer someone willing to pick us up at the ship dock and take us straight there and back. I am worried about using tropic air and the weather turning bad or something. We are leaving this Saturday.

Any suggestions?
