Snorkel Sites?

We did a stingray city / snorkel excursion a few years back. I seem to recall the snorkel site was very close to stingray city - maybe within view. Is that coral gardens? I don't remember it being all that great. But we loved the stingrays.

Now we are returning with the kids and trying to pick a tour that will include stringray city & snorkeling. Any recommendations on which snorkel site to look for?
